Fear Release Workshop
This class is a supplemental class designed to take on top of your childbirth education classes and is for anyone who wants extra tools to help release any fear you may have about getting pregnant, your pregnancy, giving birth, and becoming a mother. In this class, we will practice visualization and relaxation, go over fear releasing exercises in class and tools to take home, including tools that we make in class, & much more. This class includes a mini reiki session.
