This is a one day full childbirth education class that combines both labor tools and the 4th trimester journey and is designed for parents who can not commit to a full series because they book us too late to join a series or for 2nd + time parents who need a refresher course. We will go over the importance of fear releasing for birth, visualization, relaxation, importance of partners involvement, role of the birth team, stages of labor, preparing for labor, position for labor and birth, breastfeeding, baby wearing, attachment parenting, and much more!
